EcommerceBytes.com reports that the National Retail Federation (NRF) is predicting that "online spending this November and December will increase between 13 percent and 15 percent, reaching as much as $82 billion for the season. Should that forecast bear out, this holiday season's gains would be roughly in line with the fourth quarter of 2012, when online sales increased 15.5 percent, according to the Commerce Department.
