USA Today reports this morning on charges by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that “contaminated pet food is still being sold at some stores,” based on inspections at more than 400 stores nationwide. “FDA believes most companies have removed the recalled product; however, some have not," the agency said in a statement.

• IGA announced it is launching a new in-store marketing event designed to encourage families to share meals together. The event, IGA Hometown Family Meals, will take place April 22-May 5, in participating IGA stores across the United States.
