• As reported yesterday here on MNB, Wal-Mart has won a restraining order against a fired security employee, which for the moment prevents him from talking to reporters.

However, reports this morning note that the order also forces him to disclose “"the names of all persons to whom he has transmitted, since January 15, 2007, any Wal-Mart information."

The window has been opened and daylight is flooding the room. Wal-Mart may want its surveillance and other so-called security operations to remain in shadows, but that’s probably not a reasonable option at this point.
