In its continuing quest to divest what are seen as non-core brands, Kraft Foods said yesterday that it has struck a deal to sell its yogurt business, which includes the Breyers, Creme Savers and Light 'n Lively brands, to CoolBrands International.

The business is being sold for $59 million.
KC's View:
We’ll know that the end of the world is at hand when Kraft decides to sell off its macaroni and cheese business. For the moment, at least, it seems that we can rest easy.
