  • A class action lawsuit in Massachusetts charges Wal-Mart with programming its computers to “secretly shave minutes off employees' timecards so they didn't get paid for all the hours they worked,” according to a report in the Boston Herald.

    The judge in the case has ordered Wal-Mart to produce all internal documents related to payroll within 30 days.

    Wal-Mart has denied the charges.
