Kmart Holding Corp. reportedly is dumping its slogan — “Right Here. Right Now.” — which itself replaced “Blue Light Always” in 2001 and the “Stuff of Life” in 2002. However, no new slogan has been announced.

The company also is changing its logo, moving away from the red block K with lowercase “mart” scribbled in white cursive letters and replacing it with a large red block K with the word Kmart underneath it in small block letters.

As for a new slogan, how about, “Investors Beware!”
