We enjoyed a terrific 2002 Alamos Malbec the other evening, a lovely red wine from Argentina that we're told is consistent in quality and value year after year. It has a nice, gentle quality…it went great with a thick piece of salmon cooked slowly in a low-heat oven with a olive oil and a thick sprinkling of Tom Douglas's "Rub With Love" Salmon Rub.
