  • A new survey reveals that Canadians’ online gift purchasing declined slightly in 2003, to $972 million online this holiday season, down from $990 million in 2002 and $1.1 billion in 2001.

    In addition, only about 46 per cent of Canadians have bought items online, compared to 75v percent in the US.

    These statistics stand in contrast to the US, where more Americans are buying more online.
