Aurora Foods Inc. announced that it has been advised by the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) that its common stock fell below the NYSE's continued listing criteria relating to minimum share price.

The NYSE requires that the Company's stock trade at a minimum share price of $1.00 over a 30-day trading period. Under NYSE guidelines, Aurora Foods must return its share price and average share price back above $1.00 by six months following receipt of the NYSE notification or delisting could commence.
